t.A.T.u.-Old mixes

Because i'm a t.A.T.u. fan i mostly mix their music cause i find it so inspiring.At the beginning i only mixed their music,i wanted to make remixes of all their songs,but because 200Km/h in the wrong lane was t.A.T.u.'s first album acapellas and instrumentals were hard to find.But this didn't stop me from trying and some didn't come out the way i wanted.:P
First i'm going to post my older remixes,with songs from the 200km/h in the wrong lane and Dangerous and moving albums->and after that on my future posts i'm gonna talk about my newer mixes :)

Basshunter-Leva's polka(Unreleased Remix)

As you all know i don't only mix t.A.T.u.'s music.This is a remix of Basshunter-Leva's Polka.
For this mix i wanted to keep the original sound,but to make it faster and more intense.The tempo is 150Bpm so it's faster than a trance song :P
I didn't post this remix on my Youtube channel but you can find the video,because it was uploaded by a Youtube user.
i respect Basshunter-he is a source of inspiration for me, i don't know how but he always finds the right beat to match any song.Lately he remade some of his songs like Botten Anna or Dotta,changing the vocals to english, and resulting super hits like All i ever wanted or Now You're gone.Basshunter has his own distinctive sound,he is one of the few dj's who are able to make a trance track with continuous vocals,trance to mainstream.
I always found this challenging,a trance song is usually a instrumental track and vocals don't really fit with those aggressive synth effects and the hard bassline.the truth is that everybody can make a trance track but only the true Dj's can add the right vocals to them.

t.A.T.u.-The reMIX

So this is on of my favorite mixes that i've made.this mix is with t.A.T.u.(of course :P )but i wanted to make something that nobody did before ->i used only the remixes to make a mix so you could say that this song is a mix of the remixes :)
I made this mix using Acoustica MP3 Mixer and in my opinion it's the best you can get ot of this program.I hope you'll like this mix as much as i do,by the way this ain't a new mix but i wanted to post it because i got lots of good feedback from it :)

I had to say this

A remix is an alternative version of a song, different from the original version. A remixer uses audio mixing to compose an alternate master recording of a song, adding or subtracting elements, or simply changing the equalization, dynamics, pitch, tempo, playing time, or almost any other aspect of the various musical components. Some remixes involve substantial changes to the arrangement of a recorded work, but many are subtle, such as creating a "vocal up" version of an album cut that emphasizes the lead singer's voice. A song may be remixed to give a song that was not popular a second chance at radio and club play, or to alter a song to suit a specific music genre or radio format. Remixes should not be confused with edits, which usually involve shortening a final stereo master for marketing purposes.

My first remix was with t.A.T.u. and Linkin Park-Gomenasai/My december and after that i tried a hardrock mix with t.A.T.u. and Korn-Ice ice baby=>well i want to be honest with you this 2 songs wer an epic fail :P
At that time i was using some outdated software like Acoustica MP3 Mixer,and i had no idea what was a downbeat ,how to match the tempo,or how to find the right key-i was just playing it by ear,and playing it by ear is a hit and miss job cause most of the time 2 songs don't have the same tempo so they won't match...don't get me wrong Acoustica MP3 Mixer is a great program and i still use it to make a demo of the original song,but it's very limited in what it can do-for example it doesn't even come close to Logic Pro or ProTools LE.
That's why my first songs weren't that good because i couldn't make them continuous and i also didn't use an acapella or an instrumental-truth. :)
in my next blog entries i will start posting my mixes and remixs for you guys to listen and enjoy. :)

The beginning

Well in everything i do i like to start with the beginning.Let's be honest most blogs are so mature as the internet in it's early days.Lots of sex,lots of stupid confessions,people who think that they have an interesting life,mobile phones,rumours and lots of "funny"clips.Anyone can have a blog.But meanwhile the internet has grown up and so did the blogers.You know when you have a blog you have something that media people or politicians don't have...CREDIBILITY.In this blog i want to talk about music->i'm big t.A.T.u. fan and mostly i mix their music but in this blog you'll be able to find some mixes and remixes that i never posted before,remixes with:Britney Spears,Kanye West,Linkin Park,Core202,Basshunter,Fort Minor,and many more.
